On July 9, 2015 at approximately 11:00am, Officer Jeffrey Czarnec was patrolling trough the Firebird Motel parking lot (10 Bell Ave.) when he witnessed two males rummaging through the front passenger’s side of a parked 2000 Toyota Highlander.
