On October 3, 2015 at approximately 12:30pm Hooksett Police Officers responded to Giovanni’s Roast Beef and Pizza located on West River Road for a report of an assault.  It was discovered while responding that one male had attacked another and had bitten him twice.  When police arrived they spoke with the victim who stated that his ex-boyfriend:

had come to his work and asked to meet him outside.  When the victim went outside he was brought to the ground and bitten twice, once in the face and another time on the hand by Walsh.  Walsh fled the scene by vehicle and was stopped shortly after by Hooksett Police.  After an investigation Walsh was arrested and charged with three counts of domestic related simple assault.  Walsh was released on personal recognizance bail and was given a court date of November 4, 2015.
