outside near the alley to the motel with a prostitute engaging in lewd activity. Dupont was upset by this and attacked Bougie, striking him several times in the face. Dupont then turned and struck another witness to the crime. When police attempted to question both Dupont and Bougie about the incident they were uncooperative and clearly intoxicated. Donna who had been repeatedly warned to stop screaming was told she was being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Dupont resisted at that time and after a brief struggle was taken into custody. As a result of her resisting arrest Dupont sustained an injury to her mouth and knee. Dupont was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, simple assault and domestic assault. Dupont was later released on personal recognizance bail.

Bougie who was uncooperative refused to give his name during the investigation was arrested at the time for disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration and protective custody. Once Bougie’s identity was learned it was also discovered he had four electronic bench warrants with over $3,600.00 in cash bail required. Bougie refused to be bailed and will be arraigned today 7/1/16 at the Hooksett Court.
