On July 23, 2015 Police observed a vehicle leaving the parking lot in front of the Asian Breeze located in the Hooksett Village Shops. This vehicle drew the officer’s attention because it drove over a large curb/island in front of the restaurant. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as:
Robert Rogers, 25
While speaking with Rogers it became apparent that he was under the influence of alcohol. He was asked to submit to standardized field sobriety tests which he agreed to and was subsequently placed under arrest. While back at the Police Department he took further tests which revealed that he was a .11 breath alcohol content. Rogers was charged with DWI and was later released on personal recognizance bail.
