Officer Minihan noticed that Perron appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and asked Perron to perform field sobriety tests. Perron agreed to the tests and failed. Perron was arrested for driving while intoxicated and was transported back to the Hooksett Police Department. Perron agreed to a breath test and she blew a 0.26 bac. Perron was booked and processed.
